1. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PST on March 14, 2014.

2. No purchase necessary to enter.

3. Eligibility: The Studio 512 “destination: LOVE” contest is open to all engaged couples.

4. Entering: Entries may be received 1 of four ways.  A) Liking the Studio 512 Facebook page (www.Facebook.com/Studio512) and placing a comment.  B) Following us on Twitter (www.Twitter.com/Studio512_) and submitting a tweet.  They must include the hashtags as they appear here: “#Studio512_”  and  “#destination:LOVE”.  C) Submitting an inquiry through the website (www.Studio512.com) and including entry info in the comment section.  D) Emailing us the entry at info@Studio512.com.

5. Winner Selection: Starting on or about March 15, 2014 Kellye and Eddie Bojorquez of Studio 512 will judge all entrees.  Once couple will be named the winner and will be chosen before April 1, 2014.

6. All interpretations of the rules and decisions by Studio 512 are final. Studio 512, in their sole and unequivocal discretion, are free to disqualify any individual they find or believe to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the website; to be acting in violation of the official rules; or to be acting in an obscene or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

7. Prizes: The winner will receive a non-transferrable credit toward any wedding photography packages offered by Studio 512.  The value of the credit is determined by the package chosen and will be applied as follows: $3000 off Package A, $2500 off Package B, $2000 off Package C, $1200 off Package D, $600 off Package E.  There will be no exchanging of prize for cash, services, or products. By participating in the Studio 512 “destination: LOVE” contest, entrants agree to accept the prize as we choose to distribute and pay it out.  This includes but is not limited acceptance of photography package prices, style of photography, and method of crediting the winner with the prize value

8. The Studio 512 “destination: LOVE” contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Twitter.

9. Contestants hereby agree to submit their entries under the following terms and conditions: All materials submitted are free from any lien or claim by anyone; (iv) Entrants have obtained all rights, permissions and licenses necessary to use the entries for any purpose; (v) that no entry or any part thereof infringes any trademark or copyright or otherwise violates anyone’s right of privacy or publicity; and (vi) Entrants indemnify and hold harmless Studio 512, Twitter, and Facebook from any claims, suits, losses, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from any breach of the conditions herewith.

10. Entrants agree that their submission, including all text and attached images may be used by Studio 512, Twitter, and Facebook in whole or in part for any purpose whatsoever without any compensation to non-winning entrants or without additional compensation to the winning entrants.

11. Releases:  By participating in the “destination: LOVE” contest, entrants agree to release Studio 512, Twitter, and Facebook from their parent, subsidiaries, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this contest and/or acceptance or use of the prize.

12. All participants are releasing their entry and information to Studio 512 and not t o Twitter or Facebook.  Studio 512 will not sell or distribute information obtained through the submission.
